Return Window

Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.

Eligible Returns

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition received. Items should include original packaging when possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Final sale items, gift cards, and customized or made-to-order items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, Or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the issue and help with a replacement, refund, or other resolution.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
